“Ivan Illich was once asked what is the most revolutionary way to change society.
Is it violent revolution or is it gradual reform? He gave a careful answer. ‘Neither. If you want to change society, then you must tell an alternative story.'”

I’m a modern-day peacemaker, a faith-leader, a social innovator, and a speaker/trainer/coach. I co-founded a peacemaking training organization called The Global Immersion Project that is shifting the national conversation from revenge to reconciliation and authored a book about all of that called Mending the Divides: Creative Love in a Conflicted World (IVP, 2017). I'm a husband & daddy who is learning to embrace the gift of the everyday and periodically reflects on it here.
